About Us

CoffeeTribute.co (ABN 96 413 735 776) is a specialty coffee gift retailer. By using our website and placing orders, you agree to these terms.

Orders & Pricing

By placing an order on CoffeeTribute, you agree to provide accurate and complete shipping and payment information. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.

Prices are listed in US dollars (USD). All payments are processed securely through Stripe. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed.

Shipping

We currently ship within the United States and Canada. Orders are roasted fresh and typically ship within 2-3 business days.

Shipping rates:

• United States: $5.95 for the first item, plus $1.50 for each additional item. Delivery typically 3-7 business days.
• Canada: $22.95 for the first item, plus $1.95 for each additional item. Delivery typically 7-14 business days.

Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Personalization

Personalized bags include a custom recipient name and optional message printed on the packaging. Personalization is a one-time $10 USD fee per order, regardless of the number of bags ordered.

Due to the custom nature of these items, personalized orders cannot be returned or exchanged unless the product is defective or damaged.

Returns & Refunds

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days at hello@coffeetribute.co and we will arrange a replacement or full refund.

Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we cannot accept returns on opened products. Unopened, non-personalized bags may be returned within 14 days for a refund minus shipping costs.

Product Information

We do our best to accurately describe our products. Coffee is a natural product and flavor notes may vary slightly between batches. All bags are 12oz (340g) unless otherwise stated.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of CoffeeTribute.co and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, CoffeeTribute.co is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any consumer guarantee under Australian Consumer Law.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Queensland.

Changes

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
